Roles and Responsibilities
As part of our HR team, you will be involved in defining thesourcing & employer brandingstrategy together with business stakeholders andour Recruitment Sourcing & Employer BrandManager. Due to ourproactive market approach of potential candidatesyour daily activities will include:

- Rolling out ourinternal &external employer branding campaigns (digital, print)
- Copywriting and editing HR brochures, job descriptions, templates
- Monitoring and posting on our social media channels (SEO, analytics)
- Reporting on competitive intelligence

Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment events and will have the opportunity toparticipate in a wide range of HR projects.

Qualifications and Skills
You feel empowered to help usbuild a strong employer brand with yourexcellentwriting skills, an analytical spiritand a passion to realize pragmatic solutions.The set-up ofdigital strategies is part of your DNAand you have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.A goodknowledge in graphical design (HTML)is a surplus.

You are a good communicator, client oriented, proactive, service minded and areal team player with strong language skills (English, Dutch, French).
