What are we looking for?
A HR Assistant for our office in Bucharest who has:

• University degree.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pro-active, determined, creative attitude.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor legislation would be considered an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of payroll and labor law legislation.
• Strong English language skills.
• PC knowledge: Excel; Word; Outlook.
What about your role?
• Collect all documents required for the individual file.
• Keep up to date the personnel files according to the legal provisions and internal requirements.
• Filling in and updating the HRIS database with all relevant info related to staff movements (in, out, promotions, etc.).
• Preparation and confirmation of various requested documents for employees.
