  Play a pivotal role in leading and supporting Government agencies to navigate their way through the end-to-end business, technology and digital transformation of their business;
·  Assist public sector clients transform to adopt contemporary technologies and IT operating models; and/or

Offering a wide range of technology and digital consulting services, our Canberra technology advisory team works with Government clients to adopt contemporary technologies, IT operating models and ways of working. We work collaboratively to shape, guide and support the transformation of our client organisations through the design and implementation of contemporary operating models, adoption of new ways of workings, investment in digital technologies, and development of business aligned IT strategy and supporting architectures.

You may be coming from either an existing technology focused role or have an established background in management consulting. As a Technology and Digital Transformation Consultant you'll work with extraordinary people who are passionate about making IT services simple, clear and fast. You will do one or more of the following:
·  Develop leading edge technology and digital strategies focused on adding value to users and making real, lasting change.
·  Define and articulate business and IT operating models to support digital transformation and/or large scale ERP implementations.
·  Develop and implement modern IT and enterprise architectures leveraging your knowledge of SAP product suites and experience in designing complex application systems across multiple technologies.
·  Help to create product visions by researching and understanding user needs.
·  Coach digital teams through the Agile service design and delivery process. We are looking for people with some of the following attributes:
·  Solid knowledge of integration and application architecture with SAP product suites, with proven experience in designing complex application systems across multiple technologies
·  Working knowledge of contemporary agile business transformation and software engineering practices such as Agile Scrum, SAFe, DevOps and Continuous Delivery.
·  Experience planning and implementing new ways of working, for instance driving or supporting the adoption of agile in programs or operational settings.
·  Understanding of contemporary operating model design and transformation trends (e.g. tribes, squads and guilds; data driven and AI enabled teams; adoption of agile at scale, modern IT performance measurement methods)
·  Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems
·  A background in one or more of the following IT disciplines:
·  SAP Architecture design and implementation experience
·  SAP S/4 HANA
· 
·  IT and/or Enterprise Operating model design and implementation
·  Agile delivery methods (in particular DevOps)
·  IT Service Design, Management, Integration & Transition
·  IT Strategy development and implementation
·  Data and Information Management Supporting your experience tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly advantageous. You should also be an Australian Citizen or have the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
