Job description

KPMG's Global Transfer Pricing Services practice is a co-operating team of economists, tax practitioners and financial analysts located in KPMG member firms, all dedicated to providing clients with effective transfer pricing advice worldwide. This growing team offers comprehensive economic advisory and tax services to multinational companies by reviewing and formulating transfer pricing policies, assisting in transfer price defense case and supply chain planning. Clients are provided both with strategic transfer pricing planning aligned with evolving business strategies and assistance in complying with diverse requirements imposed under transfer pricing regimes.

Responsibilities

- Assist mangers to identify work opportunities both through an internal and external network of contacts
- Assist managers to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Provide support to the lead managers / partners to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects
- Manage relevant projects with the aim to support and / or manage inter-company pricing for new and existing supply chains and provide strategic guidance regarding tax and business efficient supply chains
- Responsibile for supporting and / or managing the tax relationship with a number of markets including all aspects of support on tax audits, transfer pricing, licensing and supply chain issues
- Work closely with other members of the tax team on supporting, planning and / or managing projects as appropriate

Experience

- University degree in economics, finance or engineering and / or MBA
- Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills
- 2 to 4 years relevant experiences in a professional firm and experience and understanding of TP principles, which would be a preference
- Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- Strong skills in Chinese and English
- Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel

Please note that KPMG Shenzhen will relocate to China resources building, Nanshan District, Shenzhen by the end of 2018.
