in UAE and Oman as the main point of contact on a variety oflegal,
risk, compliance, contracting, licensing, insurance and governance
matters.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Provide sound and professional legal advice on issues
or queries of internal stakeholders, their service lines and business operations
in UAE and Oman.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Liaise and follow-up with authorities, government
institutions and external parties on corporate, regulatory and compliance
matters.

Firm's various licensing and insurance requirements.

duties and responsibilities

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Review, advise and negotiate internally on
contracting terms, legal risks and liabilities associated with different
engagements/agreements/contracts/documents.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Draft new templates, or develop and solidify
existing templates (including agreements, contracts and other legal
documents), in line with the law and internal policy, to ensure the Firm's
fulllegal rights.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Give timely counsel to queries by internal
stakeholders on a variety of Legal, Regulatory, Licensing and Compliance
topics (law/regulations, licensed services, partnerships, contracting etc.).

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Apply effective risk management practices, evaluate
and offer proactive advise on possible legal/risk issues, business decisions
and operations, including mitigation measures.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Provide clarification on legal language,
requirements or specifications on a case by case basis.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Support the Department Insurance function with
insurance queries and obtaining project-specific insurances.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Support the Department Licensing function with management
of corporate legal matters including registration, licensing, filings, renewals
and maintenance of appropriate records as required.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Support the Department Licensing function with individual
licenses and other requirements of authorities.

ç mso-ansi-language:EN-US\'>Analyze, research and assist on various regulatory
obligations, licensing/registration requirements or business expansion
support to internal stakeholders

and submissions, due diligence, questionnaires.

policies for the Department Licensing and Insurance functions.
