Roles and Responsibilities

This role is part of our Quality and Risk Management team which is responsible for monitoring the firm's and its individuals' compliance with professional risk management and quality control.

Within our firm we are required to undertake an evaluation of every prospective client and engagement. We are also required to do re-evaluations on an on-going basis.

You will be assessing prospective clients' principals, their businesses and other service-related matters. You will also be gathering and analyzing 'know your client' information on prospective clients; their key management and significant beneficial owners.

These engagement evaluations consider a range of factors, including potential independence and conflict of interest issues using our web-based system.

In this role you will be:
• Part of a central team, supporting all our internal functions
• Gathering, analyzing and maintaining client background data
• Preparing client and engagement acceptance documentation
• Guiding client engagement teams on set-up risk requirements
• Maintaining related risk management systems


Qualification and skills

·  Bachelor's degree in Law, Management or Finance
·  Strong analytical and investigation skills
·  Critical thinking
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Client focused
·  High level of integrity
·  Intermediate to Advanced skills in programs such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience and Background:

·  Between 1 and 2 years' experience of 'know your client' procedures or in a compliance function
·  Proficiency in Arabic language skills would be an advantage
