Overview of the opportunity:
As a brand steward, the designer is part of our NMC (National Marketing Communications) agency and plays a critical role in supporting firm's growth. We champion and advocate a 'client-first' mindset for the Firm's go-to-market strategies. We inform the Firm's strategy with actionable market insights. We provide expert insights and advice to our internal clients and stakeholders. The position is at the center of a very fast paced environment and requires the ability to think strategically and respond quickly to changing priorities.

The Designer serves as a key point of contact in supporting the creative development needs for the firm. He/she will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and elevate our firm's brand to the next level. This role will focus on conceptualization, prototyping, production and quality assurance to final launch. The candidate will also engage in project management, vendor liaison and work with peers within our larger agency team with Digital, CRM and Compliance. Ability to work flexible hours, excellent multi-tasking, communication and prioritization skills are required.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will join a fun and fast-paced in-house creative team in an agency setting that is constantly striving to produce high quality strategic deliverables.

As a designer, you will:
·  Manage 3 to 4 mid-size client portfolios and act as the key point of contact in supporting the creative development needs of each group
·  Collaborate with internal clients to develop innovative solutions from scoping, conceptualization, production, quality assurance to final launch
·  Possess solid creative, social and web knowledge and consistently bring innovative solutions and client service excellence.
·  Collaborate with peers in different time zones to provide end-to-end creative process management services
·  Liaison between our internal clients and third-party vendors to make sure end results are high quality outputs, consistent with KPMG's brand
·  At any one time, monitor and execute 7 to 10 projects seamlessly and efficiently
What you bring to the role:

·  University degree or College diploma in graphic design or related field
·  Minimum 3+ years' experience in conceptualization, solution development, campaign execution and client relationship management
·  Highly proficient in the use of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premium Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint, WordPress and an add on if you have the ability to read/edit HTML
·  Solid knowledge of UI/UX concepts and proactively aware of design trends and digital standards
·  Basic to intermediate working knowledge of motion graphics and custom animations
·  Demonstrable an online portfolio which showcases a high level of conceptual creative work
·  Self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player
·  Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to work, including a strong focus on accuracy
·  Ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines
