ROLE MISSION

Within Kering Group Operations HR Department, the Talent Development Team supports the HR Business Partners in their respective domains, with focus on talent acquisition, training and development projects.

In order to accompany the growth of our Talent Development team, we are looking for a Talent Intern.

The trainee will have the opportunity to be involved in different processes and activities, such as research and selection of talents, contribute to manage the recruiting system in order to provide the organization with an efficient, competitive and cost-effective recruitment plan. He/she will support and assist colleagues in Talent Development Team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

At the center of the operational unit, the intern will provide support and added value to the following:

· Contribute to recruiting process starting from the drafting and posting of job descriptions, in-depth sourcing of candidates using recruitment tools, pre-screening and selection of international candidates; support the construction of talent pools, construction of mappings and progress reports
· Participation in the use and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the internal/external recruitment process and monitoring its internal use
· Ensure the regular updating of various reporting and activity monitoring tools (open positions, job description library, candidate follow-up, etc.)
· Support quantitative and qualitative analysis, generation of reports on the recruitment activity
· Ensure compliance to talent acquisition policies and procedures
· Support the preparation and logistic organization of the internal or external training/learning events (e.g. preparation with providers, tracking enrolment requests, pre-work with attendees, managing wait lists and cancellations, logistical set up, support during the events, reporting)
· Support the HR Talent Development Team as required

Qualifications :

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, HR or a related field
·  Previous experience in HR will be a plus
·  Excellent knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office including a very good command of Excel)
·  Knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Taleo, etc.) will be preferred
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Team player attitude, with consistent customer focus
·  Highly organized and detailed oriented approach
·  Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
·  Acute sense of detail and strong organizational skills
·  Original thinking and creativity, attitude to develop innovative approaches and ideas
·  Proactive approach in meeting challenges with resourcefulness
·  Strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion and high ethical standards
·  Fluent in Italian and English; French as a plus
