Role Mission
Reporting to the Kering Supply Chain Security Audit Team Manager, the Supply Chain Security Auditor will be responsible for ensuring social, environmental and security compliance in auditing second party companies operating in the supply chain of Kering Group.
Key Accountabilities
· Identify companies to be audited according to different criteria (signals/priorities, new suppliers, area, criticism level)
· Plan, communicate and manage second party audits performed by Kering Supply Chain Security Audit Department or external authorities (certification or consulting firms) to companies operating within Kering supply chain
· Ensure compliance of audit execution with Security Audit Department standard procedures
· Perform global audit activities:
· Inspect identified companies in order to evaluate potential issues related to social, environmental and security regulation and Kering policies
· Record relevant information about potential anomalies in the internal management and communication system in line with the zero tolerance policy
· Communicate audit results to the supplier
· Manage and archive the audit documentation
· Identify and communicate potential critical issues observed during the audit phase to Kering Group brands
· Guarantee appropriate follow up on anomalies in order to ensure resolution and archive documentation once the anomalies have been solved
Profilo richiesto
Key Requirements
· Degree in Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering or comparable education
· Minimum of 2-year experience in social, environmental and security audit within structured companies or auditing firms
· Good Knowledge of Italian and European applicable legislation and SA8000 international standard
· Understanding of supply chain processes would be a plus
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Fluency in Italian and English (read, written, spoken)
· Good analytical skills
· Attitude to team working and information sharing with the team
· Proven risk assessment and problem solving skills
· Strong communication and relational skills
· High ethical standards and level of discretion
· Available to business trips (almost 50% of time)
