ROLE OBJECTIVE:
To be primarily responsible for the management of the corner, the staff within it and the stock. This will include personnel management, exceeding defined business targets whilst working within given budgets and building the brands image through sales.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management:
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor, with VIC/VIP relationships;
- Supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement;
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved;
- Analyze store results, verify daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments: KPIs;
- Maintain awareness of local & luxury market trends and monitoring local competition activity.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the clientelling approach;
- Ensure that the standards, image and visual proposition required by the brand are maintained;
- Ensure that team behaviors and store appearance are consistent with the standard of the Brand service, image and service values;
- Ensure that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly;
- Act as a Brand Ambassador in terms of image and personal impact within store and across the retail network.
Store Excellence and Retail Operations:
- Oversee corner staff in order to ensure that they adhere to inventory management guidelines/practices: stock take, consignment procedures, lost properties and policies;
- Manage stock and verify that it is in line with the Store's sales potential. Report to Merchandising Retail at Headquarters accordingly;
- Take all the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the products and all valuable materials in the store along with the Warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionate and talented individual with a successful performance record and a demonstrated ability to deliver commercial results and retail excellence;
- High level of energy, flexibility, creativity, intellectual integrity, openness, directness and resilience are essential;
- Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources;
- At least 3 years' management experience in a similar role within luxury fashion;
- Sound analytical and organisational skills;
- Strong problem solving attitude;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
