Mission


The candidate will join the Stella Mc Cartney RTW Buy Product Development and will handle the product development process of Men Knitwear collection

Key Responsibilities
· Preparation of Tech Packs ( definition of styles in terms of materials, workmanship, measurements and fit )
· Manage handover from Design to supplier ensuring complete information is provided
· Engineer workable prototypes that address the desired Design and Merchandising requests and commercial viability
· Fitting
· Actively drive costing of the collection and price & timing negotiations according to Collection plan
· Cooperation with Production team

Qualifications :

Key Requisitions :

·  college or university degree with emphasis on clothing technology and/or manufacturing or comparable education
·  progressive work experience in the garment / textile industry- min. 2 years
·  good expertise of production garment construction, fit and manufacturing as well as awareness of the supply chain ( allocation, planning, production lead times )
·  good knowledge of material construction and related testing
·  good planning and organizational skills
·  excellent communication skills
·  good interpersonal and influencing skills
·  pro- active
·  language skills: Italian, English - fluent
