Job Description

Stiamo cercando un/una Logistics Samples Intern che collaborerà nel team campionari, basato presso il nuovo polo logistico di Vescovana (PD). La risorsa sarà di supporto al team per la creazione e il monitoraggio di anagrafiche/progetti speciali/giacenze.

Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

·  Generazione delivery per spedizioni P-sample, R-sample, Eventi;
·  Controllo master data per individuare materiali speciali (cites/elettrici/alimentari/washington, etc..) e anomalie circa pesi, dimensioni, volumi;
·  Monitoraggio dei progetti speciali;
·  Monitoraggio giacenze p-sample/r-sample/magazzino eventi;
·  Segnalare allo specialist anomalie/ritardi/ problematiche particolari;
·  Rapporto con funzioni interne ed esterne all’hub;

Il profilo del/della candidato/a che stiamo cercando possiede:

·  Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria gestionale o cultura equivalente
·  Ottima conoscenza Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
·  Inglese fluente
·  La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus
·  Sarà ritenuta preferibile una pregressa esperienza in un ambiente logistico complesso
·  Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
·  Spiccate capacità comunicative
·  Dinamismo ed entusiasmo nel lavorare in un contesto internazionale in rapida crescita
·  Intraprendenza
·  Problem solving
·  Flessibilità

Contratto: Internship di 6 mesi
