Your opportunity

We are currently seeking for a Junior Operations Controller who will be part of the Operations Controlling team, based in Padova Head Quarter, and will report directly to the Senior Operations Controlling Manager.

How you will contribute

·  Supporting the preparation of monthly reports/financial results for the Operations Area scope (S. Chain, Logistics, IT, Planning, Customer Service). Monthly reports concern Opex & Capex analysis, Transportations costs and Stock KPIs.
·  Implementing and maintaining the performance monitoring processes.
·  Proactively participating to the budget/forecast processes.
·  Promoting the implementation of appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of performance targets.
·  Improving reporting systems and outputs.

Who you are

·  University Degree in Economics or equivalent.
·  1 year work experience.
·  Knowledge of cost and general accounting.
·  Experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts and planning activities.
·  Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
·  Proficiency English level.
·  Proactivity.
·  Excellent attention to detail.
·  Good attitude and collaborative approach.
·  Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
·  Hands-on approach and desire to "roll up your sleeves".
·  Positive attitude.
