We are currently looking for a brilliant and passionate HR Administration Specialist, as part of our HR Shared Services team, based in Scandicci (FI).

Your opportunity

As part of Kering HR Shared Services department, you will have the opportunity to take part to both the management of a specific project, and to the creation of a control and analysis process, regarding typical activities of a Payroll and Personnel Administration department.

How you will contribute

· 
Support in managing several activities related to the HR project on expense report management

· 
Support in managing HR Administration activities

· 
Create a process to monitor and analyse the anomalies identified

· 
Create reports for internal and external stakeholders

· 
Check correctness and consistency of HR information in the IT tools

Who you are

· 
You are a brilliant university graduate in Business, Economics or HR related fields

· 
You have good project management skills

· 
You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

· 
Proficient user of MS Office suite

· 
You are a proactive team player

· 
You are accurate, precise, with strong analytical skills
