Mission


Reporting to IT Financial Planning & Analyst Leader, the IT Junior Financial Planner & Analyst will be responsible for acting as an operational financial link between Corporate Finance & IT organization, supporting the creation of the budget portfolio for IT functions and Corporate transformation projects. He/she will perform cost control on the perimeter enabling full visibility of adherence/deviations to/from targets. He/she will also analyze trends and build financial reporting and detailed analysis by assembling and summarizing data and building action items based on data analysis results.

Responsibilities
· Support the construction of Budget & Financial Forecast, setting up plan(s), enabling rigor and transparency during the overall process for the entire IT organization
· Prepare financial material for monthly reviews with area managers, to improve visibility of financial results and help them to improve their cost control
· Work closely with Finance and IT to identify and fix data quality issues
Operations, Reporting & Analysis
· Build structured financial reporting by identifying sources of information and consolidating data timely and in the proper way
· Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of cost such as expenses and capital expenditures, monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
· Prepare financial results by delivering quantitative analysis
· Support IT teams on budget operational needs (budget move, budget reallocation) & keep data consistency
· Build monthly reporting for capitalization of personnel costs and Intercompany recharge flow
· Work with Business Intelligence and analytics tool(s)

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
·  Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance, IT domain and/or governance and or/delivery department
·  Clear understanding of financial concepts of large, complex and international IT organizations
·  Ability to use financial tools and techniques
·  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
·  Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, excellent planning
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
·  Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the stakeholder, builds strong customer relationships
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
·  Self-starter, able to define and achieve goals without direct supervision
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office with good abilities in Excel
·  Fluent in Italian and English, French knowledge as a plus
