Job Description

Currently we are recruiting interns to join our Corporate Offices in Italy, where we are committed to delivering an impactful and educational on-the-job experience while promoting continuous growth for the next generation of talents. We look for ambitious and creative individuals that are always eager to embrace new challenges, have a curious and open mind and enjoy developing out of the box ideas and contributing to a successful team.

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from October 28th 2019 , we will offer an internship opportunity in the following teams:

·  Global Talent Strategy - with a first phase in Talent Acquisition team and a second phase in Talent Programs team;
·  Retail Training Academy;

What will you learn with us?

From the Global Talent Strategy team:

·  Manage a recruitment process from writing job advertisements to screening resumes and assess candidates’ potential; define key skills and capabilities needed for roles within the Design team;
·  Manage the candidates in the Applicant Tracking System;
·  Run candidate searches on different social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn;
·  Collaborate on delivering development programs (graduate, rotational and fellowship programs) and support in the execution of the talent reviews at global level

From the Retail Training Academy Team:

·  Collect training needs from the Regions and develop processes and solutions;
·  Manage and keep up to date the training courses on the Retail Training Portal;
·  Develop new digital learning plans;

From both:

·  Support logistics arrangements (venue, calendar, invitation, tools/material, etc.) in training & development programs.
·  Analysis of the KPIs and report.

What are the basics?

·  Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Humanistic studies or  Management;
·  Previous professional or educational experience abroad;
·  Fluency in Italian and English;
·  Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities;
·  Passion for Fashion and a sound understanding of the fashion trends;
·  High interest in having regular interactions with talents working in the creative field;
·  Interest in developing career in the field of Human Resources;
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills;
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

How will the Recruitment process look like? 

You should apply on the career site section at Gucci.com; If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team; After a successful phone-interview you will be invited to a Talent Recruitment Event held in the first two weeks of October 2019 (during this one-day event we will assess crucial skills for the internship and select the final candidates); The last step of the recruitment process will be an interview with Internship Tutor.
