Within the WW Financial Control office at Gucci's HQ, we're seeking a talented and ambitious HR Controller. Reporting to the HR Financial Control Manager, you'll support all controlling activities related to people, their costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you'll contribute to digitalization initiatives and process optimization, aiming for continuous improvement in HR controlling and achieving business partnering excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

·  Assist in the budget and forecast process for regional entities by collaborating with local HR and Finance teams.
·  Analyze new hiring requests and organizational changes from various regions.
·  Consolidate and analyze data from different countries.
·  Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries covering personnel costs, turnover, stores' productivity, and other relevant indicators.
·  Provide ad hoc consolidated data and analysis to Top Management.

Key Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Economics.
·  MBA or similar qualification highly desirable.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
·  Strong numerical and analytical skills.
·  Attention to detail.
·  Discretion in handling sensitive information.
·  Ability to work to stringent deadlines.
·  Self-starter and self-motivated.
·  Excellent English communication skills.
