Construction Project Management Internship (Curricular)

ROLE MISSION

Within the Construction Project Management Team in the Integration & Coordination Department of the Kering Group, you will be under the supervision of the Construction Project Manager Italy, supporting and ensuring the control and follow-up of all construction projects in Italy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Support the collection of the entity's needs in terms of space planning using the right evaluation tools
· Help to prepare technical and contractual documents and finalize tenders to select teams of architects and suppliers, based on standard contract and procedure
· Contribute to cost and deadline analysis of all project phases
· Support on-site audit to verify work compliance to standards and requirements
· Contribute to controlling all contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process: purchase orders, contract management, invoice tracking and approval
· Assist in implementing a reporting tool for the follow-up of projects and cost control
· Support the verification and filling out of the construction project certification and the creation of a dedicated database
· Contribute to implementing new local procedures when necessary

Qualifications :

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture
·  Knowledge of the various regulations applicable to work operations (inspection, diagnoses, safety)
·  Knowledge of and respect for the Italian regulations applicable to Construction and Safety
·  Operational and autonomous knowledge of CAD drawing (Autocad), PRIMUS and Office tools. Knowledge of InDesign as a plus
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to reach objectives under tight deadlines
·  High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·  Organization and methodological skills
·  Strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion and high ethical standards
·  Fluent in Italian and English, French as a plus
