We are currently seeking a WW RTW Retail Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
· Support in running weekly/monthly sales reports: prepare a variety of excel based report and business recaps using in-house data systems and excel.
· Support in cooperating with the regional teams in order to ensure optimization of stock through internal transfers, diversions and reorders.
· Support in gathering regional feedback during bi-weekly call with local merchandising teams and fulfill their requests to achieve sales targets.
· Production delivery monitoring, closely collaborate with supply chain team to ensure collection is delivered on time.
· Support in managing and following up daily on product shipping and deliveries.
· Assist during Buying Markets:
· Support compilation of premarket analysis
· Support with master order definition, technical specs preparation, training doc, orders update, post buying recap analysis
· Prepare presentations and documents shared with cross-functional teams
· Support the team across all daily tasks
Who you are?
· Student in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies
· Strong analytical skills and attitude
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Fluent in English
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Collaborative team player
· Ease in working in a fast-changing environment
· Flexibility
· Confidence
· Organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
