We are currently seeking a RTW Production Planning Assistant who will report to the AMQ RTW Production Manager as part of our dynamic team in Novara.

Job Description

Your opportunity  

 

You will support the Alexander McQueen RTW Production Team, with a specific focus on the Buy Collection, ensuring the achievement of the seasonal production targets by actively participating in the production process from the very beginning until the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse. You will interface with other departments as external laboratories, raw material buying office, pattern making, quality technicians, product development and warehouses to provide services of the highest quality.  

 

  How you will contribute  

 

·  Receive technical data and input assignments into the information system 
·  Draw up the production documentation necessary for the laboratories and internal and external technicians 
·  Collaborate with the purchasing raw materials, pattern making and textile quality control departments in order to support the production launch activities  
·  Manage transport data needed by laboratories to better coordinate outgoing goods from the warehouse 
·  Monitor production progress  

 

  Who you are  

 

·  An individual with at least 1 year of experience in the luxury goods production process 
·  Knowledgeable on a technical level about products in the RTW sector  
·  Organized and able to plan efficiently  
·  An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills 
·  Flexible, adaptable and proactive 
·  A skilled problem solver 
·  A strong team player 
·  Proficient in MS Office 
·  Willing to travel very frequently  
·  Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
