Overall purpose of job:

·  Stock replenishment and maintain inventory at optimum level which maximize turnover rate.
·  Coordinate timely production of goods with correct version of components which meet regulatory requirement regarding product changes.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·  Daily review and monitor right level of inventory to ensure sufficient coverage and cope with market dynamic
·  Maintain daily inventory report with incoming shipment, consumption and forecast
·  Connect with regions to operate forecasting software for sale history, inventory, sale forecast and purchase forecast upload. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions as appropriate
·  Develop Supply and Replenishment plan and place production orders in system
·  Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain and Shipping Center on shipment release from plants/ distribution center and documentations, ensure orders are shipped as per schedule
·  Initiate, Expedite or delay shipment /facilitate QA batch release with Regional Supply Chain
·  Foresee supply issues and communicate to commercial team in a timely manner and develop remediation plan
·  Coordinate with distributor for import permit application and manufacturing plants for export permit application
·  Coordinate with supply chain assistant for import license application
·  Monitor shipment from manufacturing plant/ distribution in Europe and US, maintain systematic application/ filling of shipping and I/E documentation which comply requirement from Custom and Excise Department and Department of Health for pharmaceutical products
·  Work closely with regulatory affairs team on submission/ implementation of the product/insert changes including artwork development, production and shipment of correct version of components, local repackaging and rework as well as market implementation of changes on a fixed implementation date
·  Regular replenishment of local printing packaging materials (labels, carton, and inserts) and coordinate local redressing activities
·  Comply with integrity and compliance standards, completed various kind of training and SOPs from BQ, RA and Finance
·  Follow up trackwise record on change control and implementation
·  Maintain accurate material master information in SAP and distributor system
·  Coordinate New Product Launch activities and drive product readiness to meet tight timeline
·  Perform Inventory reconciliation and inventory adjustment report for month-end closing
·  Develop Macau monthly replenishment plan and coordinate PO/shipment to Macau
·  Drive monthly cross function meeting with update on inventory/ coming supply with product changes

Job Requirements

Essential knowledge and skills:

·  University Degree or above in Logistics or Supply Chain management
·  Preferred with 1-2 years' experience in supply planning field, fresh graduate with excellent analytical skills is also welcome
·  Data analytical skills with detailed mindset
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Advanced level in Excel application
·  Flexible working hours with oversea meeting (US/EMEA) at night time
