Duties and Responsibilities:
As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. - Responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues of varying ability to achieve their personal development goals and the business secure its strategic aims, showing particular support for those who aspire to become Customer Deliver Installers.

- To adhere to current legislation and Partnership policy on compliance whilst meeting Health and Safety legislation within your daily tasks.

Job Requirements:
- The role should be viewed as customer facing as a Technician will spend a high proportion of their working day completing installation/assembly services in customers’ homes. Technicians operate as a member of the Customer Delivery team based in one of the Customer Delivery hubs.

- This role requires a high degree of technical competence and a desire to develop performance for oneself, colleagues and the business. Technicians should openly demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence in customer experience, safe and efficient driving and be motivated to carry out their role following legal and best practice requirements.

- Acting as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, they are focussed on delivering and surpassing the exemplary service expected of us. Technicians should also accurately adhere to the business systems and processes to minimise costs.

- Takes responsibility for own learning and self development and plays an active role in department activity.

- Demonstrates a flexible and positive approach to tasks and uses skills and knowledge to support coach, train and assess. Works in other areas of the Customer Delivery operation as requested by Management.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications:
- Full clean category B driving licence
- C1 Licence
- DCPD
