Your day to day
The Human Resources Trainee is responsible for operational HR related tasks. Together with your HR colleagues, you represent QO to your fellow colleagues and answer all their questions and concerns. You make sure the colleague journey is executed in the QO way and assist with the hiring and recruitment process of the QO, Persijn and Juniper & Kin. It is an exciting opportunity to get all the administrative tasks done and to ensure the whole process for new colleagues is in compliance with our new luxury lifestyle brand. We are always seeking for innovative ways of working.
What we need from you
This position will be part of your study; Hotel Management/Business Administration is preferred. The minimum internship period is 5 months, preferably more. You are passionate about food and beverages, always willing to go above and beyond for our guests and a storyteller. You are willing to learn about sustainability, restaurant & bar business and you are eager to improve your skills with us. You have excellent communication skills and you are used to communicate in Dutch as well as in English.
