Your day to day
Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensures all clients in the Health Club are able to use equipment safely and effectively.• Greets and welcomes all clients/guests.• Assists in Reception duties.• Ensures all clients are made aware of the different Health Club facilities offered.• Assists in retails, beauty, and membership sales.• Assists in maintaining a safe hygienic environment.• Assists in membership lifestyle appraisals programme development and gym induction.• Complies and submits daily and monthly revenue analyses to the Health Club In charge.• Monitors the testing follow up of pool Jacuzzi chemical levels.• Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all health club employees, facilities, sales, and costs.• Develops departmental budget and goals and ensure cost is strictly controlled.• Develops and implements departmental marketing and promotional plans.• Ensures optimum service, treatments, guest satisfaction, merchandise, and marketing.• Analyses and controls operating costs.• Assists Personnel in the functions of interviewing, hiring, departmental indication, performance evaluations, and coaching.• Supervises and assists the training coordinator in the training of health club staff.• Responsible for on-going fitness training, assessment, and motivation of Club members.• Performs administration duties such as attendance records, duty roasters, sales records, and membership records.
What we need from you
Prerequisites:Physically fit and in good health (strength is not a major requirement, but stamina is necessary).Caring, positive attitude to guests.A genuine interest in helping clients overcome their physical problems.Extensive knowledge and experience of physical training.Able to read and speak both Arabic and English languages.Education:High school diploma. Diploma or degree in a related field. Computer skills.Experience:Minimum 2 year's massage experience in a luxury or upscale spa environment.
