About IBM:
IBM Hungary International Shared Service Center (ISSC) in Budapest was founded in 2004. With its highly qualified and multilingual staff, the Center provides HR, Payroll, Sales, Procurement, IT, Executive Assistance, Finance and Accounting services for IBM's own operations and global customer set. Altogether we support more than 52 countries in 25 languages. This time we're looking for HR interns in two departments of ours; in HR Transformation & Operations Center (HR T&O) and HR Client Innovation Center (HRC). HR T&O supports 39 different countries across EMEA in 18 languages are spoken in the center and for internal IBM colleagues, whereas HRC works exclusively for external clients. Both of them deliver various HR services such as HR Contact Center (e.g handle all incoming HR requests and enforce IBM Policy relating to all HR strategy), Payroll (administration of payroll inputs, payroll processing) among many other challenging tasks.
