Enterprise Architect

Job description

This role defines a high level enterprise-wide IT Architecture focusing on the mapping of I/T capabilities to business needs. The focus is on defining the relationships, flows and implementation of business (processes/activities/functions, information), applications, data and technology in the enterprise and the transitional process necessary for implementing technology in response to changing business needs.

The Enterprise Architect's main skills will include:

• Design Business Architecture
• Plan Enterprise Architecture (EA) Development
• Analyze Information Systems Architecture
• Design Technical Architecture
• Perform Architecture Gap Analysis
• Develop Architecture Transition Plan
• Design Architecture Governance

We are looking for experienced architect with the following skills and experience:

- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation (at least two projects in leading role)
- Technical background: Enterprise wide with focus on Wintel,Network,Storage,VMware.
- Good knowledge of High Availability
- Overall knowledge of datacenter infrastructure
- Familiar with complete project life cycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, support
- Team management skills preferred (especially technical leadership)
- Independence in solving problems and tasks
- Experience with DR situations/architecture
- UMF/TSD method active usage.
- Customer facing
- Negotiation skills

Duties:
- Lead team of subordinate architects (infra,storage,vmware,network)
- Owner of all IBM created design documents
- Very good communication skills (especially communication with clients)
- Communicative English (for internal use)
