The Spa Receptionist Intern is responsible for providing direct support to the Spa Staff Members and for the overall administrative duties of our SPA by Sisley, ensure maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromised attention to guests and member service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet guests
· Customer Care
· Provide a clean environment for guests
· Answer incoming calls
· Book and organize Spa appointments
· Respond to customers' questions and concerns as needed
· Provide support to the Spa Staff Members as needed
· Manage administrative duties
Ideal candidate profile
· Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Fluent Italian mandatory, good knowledge of English
· Previous experience in customer care or receptionist would be a plus
