Support business lines to optimize the operational process of banking services and products, with the aim of offering the best service to customers, through the following activities:
· Knowledge of digital signature platforms for registering customers and their legal representatives.
· Perform banking operations services, such as corporate documentation analysis, powers of attorney analysis, participating in the client onboarding and maintenance process. Also, client setup on banking products, including account opening, payments services, etc.
· Take part in projects to implement systems and processes that involve operational activities.
· Interaction with Bank internal areas, such as Legal, Compliance, Product Managers, IT and other business support areas.
· Creation of Management Reports and KPI Controls;
Requirements
Technical skills:
· English – Intermediate to Advanced level
· Office Package (Excel – Advanced level)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
