We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Engagement and Culture Assistant Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Drive employee engagement programs

·
Identify improvements to staff experience and leverage best practice.

·
Provide expert advice on staff experience matters to site leadership to ensure experience and engagement is maximized.

·
Lead the creation, coordination and delivery of innovative engagement initiatives and activities aligned to business and people strategy.

·
Improve cross team and site relationships

·
Creates targeted interventions on engagement initiatives including retention and career development

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Degree holder with relevant experience

· 
Practical experience in event management, communications, engagement and people experience activities.

· 
Positive role model and highly self-motivated with great levels of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm.

· 
Strong leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.

· 
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· 
Ability to build professional working relationships at all levels balancing needs of all stakeholders.

· 
Experience of budget management.

· 
A flexible attitude to work and work pattern.

· 
Be up for having fun and encouraging others to participate in activities.

· 
Must be proficient in the language required by the process and English speaking skills
