College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the Graduate Program.

Responsibilities:

·  As a team member of an emerging business, drive IT-as-a-Service experience needs across Value Chain processes and HPE’s Fulfillment model
·  As part of GreenLake coordinate with other GreenLake organizations – Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement), Sales Operations (Order Management), and Sales (Forecasting) groups to meet the operational expectations of customers.
·  Determine gaps in our existing Value Chain, processes and systems that hinder the accomplishment of financial objectives and the necessary Total Customer Experience to win sustained, profitable business. Lead and contribute to projects necessary to close those gaps.
·  Deliver operational capabilities and processes across GreenLake and partner organizations to enable the GreenLake Business Plan
·  Pro-actively lead process improvement/reengineering projects across fulfillment organizations and functions:  Supply Chain, Order Management & Sales Operations
·  Manage an operational metrics scorecard and lead or manage opportunities to improve and/or exceed results
·  Assist in the creation and execution of new business models to win profitable business in the market.
·  Performs analytics by applying knowledge of value chain, rules, policies, and processes.
·  Performs data collection and validation within projects.
·  Contributes to a project or cross-functional team to meet business objectives.
·  Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree or equivalent experience.
·  Study in value chain function (operations, manufacturing, engineering, etc.) or related role.
·  Solid analytical skills.
·  Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
·  Solid communication skills; mastery in English.  Able to represent the organization effectively before value chain partners.
·  Good internal and external relationship management skills
·  Beginner/Intermediate project management skills.
