Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is currently hiring a UX/UI Designer for the eCommerce Team based in San Jose, CA. This is a full time position. An ideal candidate would have an interest in creating world-class UI/UX experience for mission-critical applications and websites. The candidate must be self-motivated to continuously improve customer experience.

The Marketing Strategy Operations and eCommerce team is responsible for driving pan-HPE outcomes. We are the pan-HPE interface to the business and sales for customer and market insights and analytics. We focus on end-to-end execution by bringing together insights, strategy, sales enablement, and eCommerce. Success for our team is determined by the cross-organizational outcomes we drive, and we are responsible for shaping pan-HPE thought leadership and translating that to sales and marketing enablement tools.

Responsibilities :

·  Design attractive, high-quality user experiences for several of HPE’s online stores and properties
·  Create user flows, wireframes, functional specifications, and hi-fidelity designs
·  Analyze HPE’s existing online properties and user research to form recommendations for improvement
·  Interpret quantitative and qualitative data sources to make informed design decisions
·  Work effectively across teams of product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
·  Problem solve and deliver UX solutions in rapid, iterative cycles
·  Ad-hoc digital media gathering, editing, and publishing

Requirements:

·  Completed a BA/BS/MS degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or related field. 
·  Available to work full time in the San Jose, California office
·  Portfolio and samples of previous project work
·  Experience with design tools e.g., Adobe CC and Sketch
·  Understanding of UX and the design techniques and principals involved in the production of conceptual prototypes, wireframes, and HTML Prototypes
·  Ability to analyze written requirements and visually conceptualize the user interface and application flows
·  Ability to work independently and manage one's time
