About the Technology Services Contracts Renewal Specialist

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Pointnext is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for an opportunity as a Technology Services Contracts Renewal Specialist located in Roseville, CA.  No relocation assistance available.

In this role, you will act as the focal point for commercial accounts in the US Central Region, supporting your customers’ contract renewals and conversions.  You will assist in driving these customers’ support strategy, and will also likely participate in key negotiations. You are also likely to manage top-level escalations by interacting with leadership within HPE Pointnext and your assigned customers. 

As an Installed Base Specialist, you will ensure customer satisfaction, while having a direct impact on order and revenue growth for your assigned accounts. By working directly with your Customers to understand and deliver against their requests, you will deliver industry-leading service levels while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant sales order and revenue for their new and existing contracts. Internally, you will work directly with your Sales, Business, and Delivery to identify order growth and customer satisfaction opportunities.    

You will actively respond to customers’ queries and escalate customer issues for resolution in a timely and supportive manner .

You will have the opportunity to support the products we deliver while gaining experience as a Technology Services Contracts Renewal Specialist, which can lead to future careers within HPE.

Responsibilities

As the Technology Services Contracts Renewal Specialist, you will:

·  act as the first point of Customer contact for all contract inquiries
·  conduct/facilitate proactive contract renewal planning and contract lifecycle management
·  meet individual metrics related to the activities under their responsibility and Account-related metrics for their allocated accounts
·  team internally with business development, pursuit, and field sales to drive best solutions for customers
·  drive order growth by identifying upsell opportunities, quoting opportunities, and establishing linkages to marketing campaigns for allocated accounts
·  ensure compliance with established order acceptance policies
·  capture 100% of conversion opportunities with all renewals
·  proactively and reactively manage assigned escalations and critical requests
·  innovate new ideas that improve specific processes, tools, business performance, customer satisfaction, etc.
·  maintain accurate opportunities in Salesforce.Com / CRM system on a weekly basis
·  perform other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience Required

·  Bachelor’s or higher level degree; advanced degree preferred
·  4+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service
·  1+ year experience supporting large commercial account contracts preferred
·  Without a Bachelor’s or higher level degree, an additional 2 years' relevant experience, for a total of 6+ years

Knowledge and Skills Required 

·  Strong experience with Salesforce / CRM systems strongly preferred
·  Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and revenue processes, end-to-end, strongly preferred
·   Strong customer facing skills
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; mastery of the English language
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Strong team orientation locally and across organizations
·  Naturally proactive; demonstrates clear sense of ownership
·  Strong skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
