Responsibilities

·  Researches customer inquiries; escalates when needed
·  Coordinates quality improvement initiatives
·  Prepares weekly and monthly procedure reports
·  Tracks quality control issues, including error tracking and service delivery
·  Employee personnel filing and audits (Internal and External)
·  Facilitate the Stannic card application process end-to-end
·  Facilitate accounts payable process for HR vendors (GEO)
·  Facilitate the administration of new hire and terminations processes
·  Drafting letters for employees for various HR requirements
·  Ad hoc HR admin tasks
·  Co-ordinate recognition nominations
·  Compile HR Newsletter (bi-annually)

Education and Experience

·  Typically 0-1 year experience in a customer service role

Knowledge and Skills

·  Proficient with country specific languages
·  Good written and verbal skills
·  Basic quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
·  Attention to detail
·  Customer orientation
·  Proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Word
·  Proactive, and demonstrates Initiative
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills
