Job Description:

   

As a member of the Employee Experience Team, you will be a part of a dynamic group of talented individuals that create, design, deliver and facilitate world-wide training programs for over 1,300 employees.

As a development and training specialist, you will be accountable for the analysis, design, development and delivery of leadership development initiatives, programs and tools that are in alignment with the strategic business needs of the organization.  You will develop and execute learning programs specific to leadership development for new and existing leaders as well as development programs to support the broader employee base.

·  In partnership with the business and in alignment with the corporate strategy, you will conduct needs analysis and recommend interventions to meet current and future management and leadership development needs.
·  Research, develop and deliver on-time and on-budget learning and development programs and tools to support the business. 
·  Create and source relevant development programs through effective collaboration with external professional sources/services, SME’s and business leaders, including a post training strategy to ensure knowledge and skills are applied. 
·  Measure, analyze and evaluate the impact of training and leadership development initiatives, and continuously monitor and improve the quality of delivered programs.
·  Provide expertise, coaching, guidance and support relating to training and talent development programs.
·  Facilitate live classroom, virtual and blended programs. 
·  Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups and stakeholders.
·  Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet demand pressures of unpredictable activities in a dynamic business environment. 
·  Develops instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, and appropriate integration of instructional technology and best practices for all learning events. 
·  Designs & produces learning materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video and multi-media to support communication and learning needs.
·  Project manages instructional design projects from inception to completion. 
·  Evaluates facilitation methodologies and delivery technology, documents findings and leads efforts for continuous improvement.
·  Creates and conducts learning & development assessments to determine development needs across a diverse set of audiences.

Experience requirements: 

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
·  Five to 7 years’ experience designing and implementing training and leadership development programs. 
·  Proven experience in learning and development concepts, techniques and best practices for adult learning.
·  Established track record designing and implementing large, complex, new programs, assessing needs, determining scope and using resources effectively.
·  Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
·  Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Strong knowledge of program management and project management techniques
