The Trade Marketing Specialist Sr. is responsible for the representation of the Kenra Professional brand in all store environments. The Trade Marketing Specialist Sr. contributes to the achievement of the company's goals by creating and executing effective and memorable promotional packaging, in-store merchandising, planograms and collateral.

What we offer

· Manage creation and execution of all in-store and promotional merchandising for our professional and specialty retail distributors
· Ensure that all in-store merchandising is cohesive and aesthetically meets the brand standard by partnering with the Design team and Brand Managers
· Collaborate with Brand Managers to create and/or refine copy sheets for promotional packaging and own the artwork routing process
· Work with external vendors to create promotional devices and in-store displays that meet expectations and budget goals
· Manage all timelines with designers, Brand and KAM to make sure artwork is uploaded to distributors on time
· Assist the Regional team in creating Planograms for all accounts, including using sales data to determine placement and proper visuals to increase shopability

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Merchandising or a similar field
·  At least two years of marketing/sales experience, beauty industry preferred
·  Passion for the beauty industry
·  Travel up to 20% of the time, including weekends
·  Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills
