Our Adhesives division develops, produces and sells numerous successful high-quality products worldwide. In Italy, our most important brands are: Super Attak, Pritt, Pattex, Ariasana. The Business Analyst will be part of the Business Support Department which is responsible for the Consumer Adhesives division reporting & analysis but also trade bonuses. You will join a positive and co-operative Team. The position involves a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with the aim to provide wide support to the business and in particular to Sales & Marketing.

What we offer

· Run sales reporting activities and ensure integrity and completeness of the data reported
· Develop and automitize new analytic toolbox and reports for the Division
· Support Sales and Marketing teams with specific analysis
· Monitor Sales Incentives and assure the correct budget allocation and spending
· Assist sales management team in the development of projects to steer the execution of the commercial strategy

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Graduate/Master in Economy or Industrial Engineering
·  Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language is necessary
·  A solid knowledge of Windows Office, in particular Excel (knowledge of pivot tables and macros is reguired), Access not required but welcomed.
·  Inclination to learn and to develop new systems and methods to improve the performance of the department
·  Initiative and innovative approach, high energy level
·  Team-work cooperation, analytical conceptual thinking complete the profile
·  Open to changes and innovation
