Role Mission
Working in the WW Retail Facilities department, the Retail Facilities Specialist cover and oversee the entire gamut of administrative, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, health and safety, security, utilities, and maintenance activities that are necessary to keep company stores or corners functioning in a given Region, allowing others to concentrate on running core business activities and operations.
Key Accountabilities
· develop and implement a retail facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
· conduct and document regular inspections
· ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
· Manage non-selling space for maximum efficiency
· supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
· implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
· Suggest cost reduction initiatives
· advise on, and monitor, energy efficiency
· oversee environmental health and safety
· Contribute to the security of the store
· respond to store and equipment alarms and system failures
· provide prompt response to requests and issues from store occupants
Profilo richiesto
Qualifications :
Job Requirements
3-4 Years of experience in facility management or retail management
Excellent organizational, team-working and relational skills
Strong commitment to the brand
Knowledge of basic principles of H&S, factory maintenance and Security
Good knowledge of the main IT system, computer-skilled.
Knowledge of CAD (preferred)
Fluent in English
Available for frequent job transfers
