Role Mission

As part of the team Inhouse Photostudios, the candidate will be responsible of the management and coordination of all the activities related to our Studio in Milan

Key Accountabilities

· Coordination of the photographers based on planning
· management of equipment photo, video, lights
· organization and set up of photo shoots
· support the studio manager in the management of suppliers and planning activities
· support for the retouching and color control for the contents realized
· research and constant update about new technologies and photo/video suppliers

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

·  Previous experience of 2-3 years, preferably abroad, in photographic studios / creative production companies / creative retouching lab
·  Successful studies in design / photography
·  Fluency in English and Italian required
·  Good knowledge in photo retouching and color control
·  Good network of talents: photographer, videographer, post production, equipment rentals
·  Ability to manage the suppliers of equipment photo, video, lights
·  Ability to set up the photo shoots and the spaces, according to the schedule of activities
·  Availability to frequent business trip
·  Flexibility on working times
