· Booking restaurants
· Dairy management
· Processing business expenses and invoices (Also personal expenses and invoices)
· Preparation of various documents including presentations and meeting agendas
· Researching news, articles, reports and company information
· Liaising with third party service providers

Qualifications :
Key Skills and Experience Required:
· Previous PA experience
· Advanced IT skills – Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Good communication skills and ability to be succinct and to the point
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
· Self-confidence
· Resilient under pressure
· Adaptability and flexibility
· Punctuality and professionalism
· Meticulous organisation/work habits
· Discretion/confidentiality
· Excellent phone manner
· English language a plus
