Role Mission

The role contemplates a full-time activity related to the field of retail and wholesale contracts, commercial law, contract law to various Gucci internal departments with a specific focus to GGWJ, the Gucci Division dedicated to watches and jewels.

In general, the team as a whole provides legal advice related to omnichannel activities and in particular to the functions managing sales channels (i.e. DOS, Indirect Channels) and the WW Store Planning. In addition, the team offers legal support on real estate and indirect purchases matters as well as on digital and marketing (CRM and privacy matters) as well as e-commerce activities.

Key Accountabilities

•Assist on drafting and review of different kind of contracts, in English and in Italian (e.g. distribution contracts; commercial, corner, lease, services and consultancy agreements);
•Support in preparing memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients;
•Support in preparing answer to legal questions and in legal researches;
•Help in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files;
•Support in collecting signatures and preparing cover's presentation for the contracts.

Profilo richiesto

Requirements

•Master's Degree in Law (possibly Summa cum laude);
•Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written;
•3-year experience in an international law firm;
•Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is a must;
•Flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
•Full commitment in terms of time and effort;
•High ethical standards and integrity, high level of discretion
