Internship within WW HR Retail Analyst

Role Mission

The intern will be integrated in the HR Retail team and he/she will have the opportunity to learn about the HR Retail World in Gucci. He/she will support the team in the People Management activities of the Retail Excellence Program, collaborating with other departments at corporate level, including Retail Excellence Program Management, Omnichannel Regional Coordination, WW Retail, WW Business Performance, WW Retail Training, WW HR, as well as Regional teams.

Key Accountabilities :

· Support the team in daily activities such as the preparation of reports, presentations, and phone calls with the departments/regions involved etc.
· Perform ad hoc analysis and prepare specific documentation
· Support the effective time management to meet deadlines while delivering a quality product
· Assist in preparing program proposals with the ability to plan and prioritize work items, and create a project schedule
· Assist team members with the completion of planning, pre-development and/or implementation assignments

Requirements:


·  University degree in Economics or Engineering, majoring in business administration or marketing
·  Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master's Degree (Mandatory - Curricular Internship)
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Solid analytical skills
·  Fluent in Italian and English
·  Genuine interest in Luxury and specifically in Gucci
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Previous experience in a Multinational Company will be considered a plus
