Mission

Industrial operation IT analyst will conduct analysis and assessments on business needs in order to ensure alignment with IT initiatives. He/she will ensure functional support as a knowledge leader on local IT services .

He/she facilitate IT activities monitoring in collaboration with MIS and will have a functional report to Gucci MIS Solution Development & Support

Key Accountabilities

· Is accountable for the planning and execution of local small projects, ensuring effective Project control developing and maintaining relevant documentation.
· Ensuring a proper Project communication among the interested parties about progress status, achievements, risks, changes and all of the relevant Project information in coordination with WW MIS PMO
· Is the knowledge leader of one or more business/technology area developing the functional expertise for the procedures and the tools in place
· Is the local reference technical person/ Subject Matter Expert for major initiatives managed by Gucci WW MIS
· Is responsible for the initiation, transition, enhancement opportunities assessment and ongoing maintenance and support of a particular local service. Is in charge of report to Solution Development & Support Manager achievements and issues of his/her area
· Monitoring Service Levels agreed with Suppliers and with the Business addressing Service Level breaches or escalating where necessary
· Work with MIS Business Partners to understand and translate business requirements into activities, measures or service components and work closely with the business and key users to ensure the project meets business needs
· Act as the bridge between the local business problems, the technology solutions and the Gucci WW
· Is in charge of review and improve the Service Portfolio of his/her area of responsibility in order to ensure that the maximum value to the business and users is provided.

Job requirements

·  3 + years of experience within organization part of larger Company
·  Negotiation skills
·  Ability to manage multiple service in a multi-tasking environment
·  Project management techniques knowledge, both waterfall and agile
·  Reactivity and flexibility in managing real-time changes
·  Capacity to prioritize workload and tasks
·  Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills
·  Strong relationships building attitude
·  Master's degree in IT or engineering
·  Experience in Fashion/Luxury field, Shoes Production and Supply Chain
·  English Language: intermediate Level
·  Fundamental SQL skills
·  Fundamental CAM/CAD and automation skills
·  Java or C++ programming language
·  Fundamental skills about problem solving, business continuity and IT crisis management
·  Fundamentals on automation and process innovation of supply chain preferably applied to the Fashion
