Role Mission

After Sales Process Engineer is responsible to optimize all the After sales Worl Wilde department and to implement the system that support KPI analysis, request traceability and training to users.

Main accountabilities
· After Sales Process Mapping: flows review, bottle neck and critical points identification, route cause analysis and process re –engineering
· After Sales System implementation: training and roll –out
· Implementation of Support Business Model to Final user, in line with After Sales designed processes, technical issues and new system changes
· KPI definition about Requests traceability and to Training plan/methodology improvement
· Product Defectiveness and Service Lead time KPI analysis and monitoring
· Support to System Master Data &Technical documentation development and maintenance
· Support to Spare Part orders and production flows re- engineering

Key Requirements
·  Management Engineering or IT Engineering Degree
·  Office Pack (Excel –Power Point –Word) knowledge
·  Fluent English and French - written and spoken
·  Problem solving and analytical approach
·  Team working capabilities
·  Interested in: IT system and data management, optimization models, project management, manufacturing and logistics management, Quality management
