JOB PURPOSE
Lead cross-functional projects and programs within the site PMO portfolio (Product, Site , Integration, and Industrial Excellence) , ensuring appropriate scope definition, planning, resource allocation request, budget definition, and activities execution.
The role involves management of multiple projects and cross-functional leadership of sub-teams to deliver specific targets.
Support the site portfolio management, by providing business case and prioritization insights in line with site and divisional strategies, by maintaining track of projects status, creating dashboards and project plans, reporting to the site Project Review Board and appropriately escalate critical issues and delay.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide project management expertise, developing project plans and delivering to budget, timescale and scope
• Lead project activities execution within cross-functional sub-teams
• Make sure the projects and program status is routinely tracked, risks are timely identified and managed and relevant issues are escalated to site management for decision. Prepare Gantt charts and maintain action logs
• Creation a consolidated budget for projects under responsibility and support the project leaders to deliver to budget, timescale and scope
• Support the development/implementation of one or more elements of the site strategy for relevant projects in collaboration with project leaders and the site leadership
• Develop and track relevant project KPIs and communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders, including timely provision of project reports / dashboards and inputs to relevant budget/financial/other systems
• As required, lead projects and cross functional sub-teams, providing clear leadership and direction to sub-team members and developing the skills of sub-team members
• Represent the projects to the appropriate boards

No direct reports. May include indirect reports within a matrix structure where leading projects and sub-teams.

Basic qualifications:
• Master's Degree in a technical field (Science or Engineering)
• Strong Knowledge of GIO and Quality standards and Processes
• Good kknowledge of business processes and the ability to work in teams and with other departments.
• Experience of project management in cross-functional teams required.
• Strong working background in an appropriate technical environment or PM experience in a technical function.
• Pharma/Biotech industry experience of 2/3 years minimum required
• Experience of successful interaction with internal and external customers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:
Formal Project Management training and certification preferred (e.g. PMP)
