Your Responsibilities :
In your role as IT Trainee you will learn how to:
• Support Esko WebCenter/Automation Engine and Oracle PLM applications
• Test applications
• Create detailed change documentation
• Provide support for infrastructure servers with Solaris and Windows server OS
• Write simple queries to applications databases
• Work on ticket queue with Remedy
• Provide applications service in troubleshooting and analysing
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures
• Escalate unresolved incidents
• Build business relationships with stakeholders and cross functional communication in international environment

Basic qualifications:
• Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly,
• Good communications in English, sufficiency to build and maintain organizational support,
• Basic understanding of Oracle/SQL, Widows Server, Unix OS is useful
• General knowledge of ITIL is useful
• A good attention to detail is important when dealing with integrated systems
• Work within task timelines
• Good analytical skills
• A strong desire to constantly improve learning of new things
