Job description

Your Responsibilities :
We are a team of IT enthusiasts, who strive to provide excellent support service and delivers value of DevSecOps Products for the Pharma Supply Chain Tech Digital, Data and Analytics (PSC Tech DD&A) portfolio. We provide services for internal stakeholders, customers and end users in the area of Digital Data and Automation with speciality in Business Intelligence. Together with our colleagues located around the world, we manage incidents, problems, requests, backlog, and deliver Value Flow and Quality (VFQ) for products within the PSC Tech DD&A portfolio. Except above, team is focusing on performance objectives and self-development by taking the role of global or local team members in partnership with functional managers where applicable.

We, as a team, simplify the operating environment, improve usability for our users, and drive towards the digital agenda for Pharma Supply Chain.

You, as a team member and individually, will:
• learn application support ways of working according to best practices,
• build capabilities in multiple areas
• develop your passions.

During our work we utilise and/or do (but we are not limited to):
• DevSecOps principles and delivery
• data warehousing and cloud technologies: Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Spark, etc.
• working closely with business on Tech-enabled transformations
• components of the Enterprise Architecture and Platforms & identify innovative ways to leverage add value to GSK
• problem solving, communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• practice with IBM DataStage and QlikView,
• application & development platforms from the BI/DW Solution landscape: RDBM Oracle, SQL Server; ETL
• complex business processes and the interfaces to systems,
• work based on Pharmaceutical industry rules

• studies or degree in computer science or relevant experience
• passionate in data warehousing and cloud technologies like: Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, Databricks, Spark, etc.
• understanding of Agile
• ability to learn new concepts, systems, and tech, independently and quickly
• awareness of Business Analytics / Intelligence best practice for system development, implementation and maintenance / performance tuning
