E -Invoicing Expert

Job description

Your Responsibilities :
The job is represented by 80% operational tasks which are consisting in dealing with exceptions relating to incoming e-invoicing process. Handling current supplier requests concerning data transfer of incoming invoices. Liaising with different parties involved in the EDI process (Tungsten 3d party, Procurement, call centre, tax, vendors and internal users).

Key Resposibilities:
• Analyse incoming invoices exception flow (invalid channel) when vendor is not complying with EDI process
• Facilitate EDI in boarding process of vendors (Tungsten/SDI…)
• Promote constantly the EDI channel and internally ‘sell 'our EDI solution (partnership with Procurement and local sites)
• Perform analyses and root cause analysis when facing EDI issues
• Propose opportunities and improvement
• Strengthen internal controls on the process with collaboration with our local process owner

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor Accounting/finance – Master in Finance
• Experience: 3 years in accounting (ideally in Account Payable)

Preferred qualifications:
• Communication/negotiation skills (transversal, involving many stakeholders and different seniority levels and vendors)
• High interest in new technologies (automation/digitalisation)
• Knowledge of SAP MM FI, VIM, e invoicing, tax principles
• P2P Flow knowledge
• Problem solving and hands-on
