Contribute to our development:

To enhance Groupe SEB's E-commerce & D2C sales and profitability, the focus begins with online sales. This involves:

  • Managing E-commerce & D2C data collection in the Group with Markets, BU & Technology to contribute to the development of our Data Products
  • Ensuring quality of the outputs from data sources to insights generated
  • Driving efficiency and standardization in our Commercial data process

Your role involves daily coordination with various internal and external data teams, including data stewards, data engineers, and third-party vendors.

You actively engage Market teams and Business Units to ensure their expectations and requirements are met in terms of product data tracking and visualization.

You take charge of developing comprehensive documentation, including guidelines, FAQs, and best practices, to facilitate effective data collection for Data Products. Conducting bi-monthly or quarterly coordination meetings with stakeholders ensures continuous feedback and improvement.

Your responsibilities include working closely with external contractors to ensure optimal configuration of tools, including crawling tools, to secure data collection. Quarterly reviews of products and data streams help identify opportunities for enhancements or new integrations, ensuring the system remains robust and efficient.

You play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the high quality of product data tracking through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning procedures. Additionally, your efforts extend to creating awareness campaigns and training modules for Groupe SEB employees, fostering a culture of data quality across the organization.

Desired profile

Bring your skills:

Master's degree in marketing, Business or Technology with at least 4 years of experience as a Data Project and/or Product manager or as a Data analyst, making data accessible to teams and using it for business decisions in E-commerce.

With expert-level proficiency in Excel and advanced data analytics functions, you can handle any spreadsheet challenge with ease.

With BI tool experience such as Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI and advanced SQL skills, capable of complex queries, data manipulation, and report generation, you're the go-to person for extracting insights from databases.

With proficiency in data quality frameworks such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM), you ensure the integrity and accuracy of your data every step of the way.

With experience in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar, and a proven ability to lead technical projects to completion, you keep everything running smoothly. Whether certified or with significant experience in agile project management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

You excel in understanding and addressing the needs, challenges, and concerns of team members and stakeholders.
