CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS_FLUENT SWEDISH
Who will be responsible for managing end to end customer enquiries & cases via phone, e-mail, chat delivering an omni-channel service.
Key Accountabilities
• Management and orchestration of complex customer cases (such as complaints) involving multiple internal departments covering all the possible
• Support for clients who have issues with their cars
• Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and services of all categories
• Tight interaction with colleagues for what concerns the calls taken on their behalf
Job requirements:
• Degree/bachelor
• Previous experience in the relationship with customers
• Swedish mother tongue or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focus on the customer satisfaction, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving complete the profile.
The company offers:
6 months contract that can be extended.
Working hours: full time, in shifts from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, five days a week.
Place of work: Arese (Milan).
