Group Investment, Asset & Wealth Management business unit handles the investments of Generali insurance companies worldwide.

We are looking for a Workforce Planning Intern to support the Head of Organization & Workforce Planning of the business unit where he/she will be in charge of the following activities:
· Support team in the monthly/quarterly workforce planning monitoring through data gathering, data analysis and reporting
· Support in managing Business Unit workforce database, improving functionalities and data quality
· Collaborate in streamlining workforce planning process in close cooperation with HR business partners
· Process ad-hoc requests and perform analysis for a variety of stakeholders within the Business Unit

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
·  Master degree
·  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (esp. database management and data modeling)
·  Attention to details and ability to identify and solve problems
·  Good spoken and written Italian and English proficiency
·  Previous experience working in a global organization will be considered a plus
